Purchases & Refunds: Purchases from our inventory, are considered reserved and secured for the buyer. Once the buyer’s deposit has been paid, the item is tagged and removed from our inventory of items that are available for sale, deeming it, “off the market for sale”. The stove the buyer selected now belongs to them. In securing an item from our inventory and to have the stove prepared for restoration, we require a 30%-50% deposit, estimated from the full restored price. Deposits can be made by personal, or business check; and most all-major credit cards, as well as the Papal system. If the buyer decides, for any reason, to cancel the order, the deposit is not refundable. In order for our company to be compensated for the missed sales opportunities (as we may have passed up to other interested parties), the deposit will be retained by our company.
